The Sims Mobile is a video game, where the player can create his own Sim, customize the characters by using your creativity, give them unique and distinct personalities, upgrade your lifestyle, etc. 

In Sims Mobile after you create a home, which consists of certain basic furniture like a bed, couch, table, shower, toilet, etc. 

Always remember that since you have very little funds do not try to keep expanding your house, allow some time until you could build your dream villa. 

Also, keep in mind that your sim has no needs, you will not need a kitchen at the beginning, you will not be able to sell the furniture which means that you cannot recover the money that you have already spent on buying furniture. 

Many of the things will be unlocked as you move to higher levels, you can earn extra energy points from bed, shower, and toilet. 

You cannot keep changing your home, the house that you built is the home for all generations.

When you begin your new home, you might start off with few limited kind of commodities which are basic things, but as time passes you will start widening your home by filling it with many new kinds of stuff like Simoleons, furniture and other things. 

As you keep on upgrading your home, you may start thinking about how will you sell the old stuff to make a replacement for the new ones. 

But, in reality, you cannot sell the items. Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean that it will always be hidden in some corner of your home. 

There is a household inventory option in the Sims Mobile which will permit you to stockpile all your earlier furniture and other old stuff so that you can make space for the new ones.

All that you need to do is, click and hold on that particular thing or item that you want to remove and then click on the button which looks like an open cardboard crate. 

This can take away all your stuff like your inventory items which you want to dispose off or move it into another room. 

Even though you may not be able to sell all your old stuff in order to cover the cost with the new furniture, but at least you may be able to store it away.

Selling items in Sims 4 PS4 and Xbox One

If you are planning for your house makeover, you will need to dispose of the old stuff so that you will get some ready cash to buy new furniture. 

To sell objects, furniture or other items you have to be in build and buy mode. Then, take the furniture that you want and push Y on Xbox one or the Triangle on PS4 when it is highlighted. 

This makes the stuff to be sold or disposed for Simoleons. The rate of the furniture will be automatically depreciated when you place it in Live mode again, so the better option would be to sell off the old stuff.
